Refund Policy

At Healing Touch Therapy, your satisfaction and well-being are important to us. We aim to provide high-quality wellness services with care and integrity. Please read our Refund Policy carefully before making any bookings or purchases.

1. Appointments & Service Refunds

  • All therapy and wellness service bookings are non-refundable once the session has been completed.

  • If you are unsatisfied with the service, please contact us within 24 hours so we can address your concern and, where appropriate, offer a resolution (such as a complimentary follow-up or discount on a future visit).

2. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Appointments cancelled at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for rescheduling or a full refund.

  • Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee or may not be eligible for a refund.

  • No-shows (missed appointments without notice) are not eligible for a refund.

3. Prepaid Packages / Gift Cards

  • Prepaid service packages and gift cards are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • They may be rescheduled or reassigned only at our discretion and with written approval.

  • Packages must be used within the validity period specified at the time of purchase.

4. Workshops, Courses, or Special Programs

  • Registrations for workshops, group sessions, or courses may be refundable if cancelled at least 3 days in advance.

  • After that period, refunds may be issued only in special cases, minus any processing or administrative fee.

5. Digital Products / Online Services

For any downloadable or online consultation services, refunds are generally not provided once the product or service has been delivered or accessed.
